1. Check-in Policy

   At check-in, Hotel JPS Palm Inn will authorize (not charge) your entire stay’s room and tax amount plus an additional amount per night for incidentals.

   Your bank may place a hold on authorized funds, which may remain for up to 72 hours or longer after check-out, depending on the financial institution. Please contact your bank for specific details regarding fund release.

   • Minimum Check-in Age: 18 years (valid ID required)

   We will make every effort to accommodate room location or bed type requests; however, all requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Reservation & Payment Policy

   All bookings are subject to room availability. A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation. Hotel JPS Palm Inn reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.

   Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes and additional charges may apply based on local regulations.

3. Cancellation Policy

4. Parking Policy

   Complimentary parking is provided for all overnight guests. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside them.

5. Pet Policy

   Pets are not permitted on the hotel premises.

6. Smoking Policy

   Our hotel is 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found in guest rooms or other non-smoking areas.

7. Guest Responsibility

   Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs as necessary.

8. Liability Disclaimer

   Hotel JPS Palm Inn is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage to guests or their belongings occurring on the premises, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law
