General Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to check-in (12:30 PM on the arrival date) will not incur any cancellation charges, and the full booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or in case of a no-show will be charged one night’s room rate as a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Please note that transaction fees or payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Early Departure
In case of early departure or shortened stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full booking period unless the modification is communicated at least 48 hours before the revised check-out date.

Non-Refundable Bookings
Some promotional or discounted rates may be marked as non-refundable. For these bookings, no refund or modification will be permitted after the reservation is confirmed.

Group or Long-Stay Reservations
For group bookings (5 rooms or more) or stays exceeding 7 nights, different cancellation terms may apply. Please contact the hotel directly for applicable policies.

Modification of Booking
Guests may modify booking dates subject to availability and rate differences. The same cancellation timelines apply to modified bookings.

Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions that prevent your stay, Hotel JPS Palm Inn may offer a date change or credit for future use at its discretion.

Hotel Rights
Hotel JPS Palm Inn reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations under exceptional circumstances, such as system errors, overbookings, or events beyond our control. In such cases, guests will be informed promptly, and any amount paid will be fully refunded.
